Hi! My name is Laura Lorenz. My background is in Residential Architecture with B.A. in Architecture from University of Illinois at Chicago and I have over 17 years experience in that industry. I also have over 10 years experience in tutoring students of all ages and abilities. My passion is working with kids or anyone that is struggling with learning. While tutoring students, I noticed though, that many of my students were having anxiety and low self-esteem issues that contributed to their difficulties in school. I may not have a degree in psychology nor be a certified or licensed therapist, but I have lived with a learning disability and multiple traumas in my life which allows me to recognize and have so much patience and compassion for anyone who is struggling in academics or life in general. I am now a Survivor and Thriver wanting to share my experience and journey of overcoming many challenges and short-comings to being a multiple business owner including: photographer, investor, artist, writer, tutor, and life coach. While wanting to overcome my own traumas and thoughts of suicide, I discovered Tony Robbins programs and within 3 years, I completed Tony's "Unleash the Power Within", "Ultimate Mastery Program", and "Leadership Mastery" and became a Leadership Mastery Graduate in December of 2024. I had a couple of really good Tony Robbins coaches during this time that inspired me to want to be a life coach as well. I truly enjoy helping others to find happiness and joy while building their confidence by overcoming fears and insecurities.
